Founder and CEO
The staff members at ISF are a unique group of people who are here to serve you. It is our desire that, from your first contact with our organization, you see our passion for meeting the volunteer needs of missionaries around the world. All staff members raise their own financial support to serve with ISF.
We pray this helps you to better know the level of commitment each person has toward the work they do with ISF. Each member of our team serves a very specific role in the recruiting, training, fundraising, and mobilizing of volunteers.

Jesus Christ is God’s only provision for salvation.
Our means for understanding and fulfilling God’s mission are prayer, Bible study, and revelation through the Holy Spirit.
We believe God blesses individuals with special gifts, talents, and skills.
Our obedience is to the lordship of Jesus Christ and to God’s infallible Word, the Holy Bible.
In giving all people the opportunity to hear, understand, and respond to the Gospel in their own cultural context and language.
“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.”
- I Peter 4:10-11 (NIV)
