Lisbon, Portugal - Camp Gridiron
Portugal is a beautiful country full of people who love their version of football. We have the privilege of hosting an American flag football camp with Pastor Rui Ribeiro of Alta Crista Church. While he was playing football for the Lisboa Crusaders, he came to know the Lord. He is a believer through the efforts of missionaries who used sports to connect and reach the community for Christ. He knows firsthand how important sports ministry is for sharing the gospel. Our focus with this camp will be to bring awareness about the church to the community and help build the church's youth program.Ground Cost Includes

What to Expect
This summer, ISF is excited to continue working with our partner Alta Christa Church. An American missionary has connected us with the local flag football league, which is a feeder program for the Portuguese Football League. We will host a camp for children ages 11 - 16, who are already involved in the sport. We plan to host the flag football camp from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, along with a few non-football sports stations scattered throughout the day.Gallery
