This summer (2007) our SportsPlus team was able to build amazing relationships with the locals through these camps and scrimmages. Large crowds gathered to watch the events and learn more about why this American team was there. Naturally, it allowed opportunities for the missionary and the SportsPlus team to share with them the real reason they were there ...Christ's love and salvation. Join this team and return to continue the work that was started. The harvest is plentiful and many are seeking the truth of the seeds that were planted this summer. Get in the game with this team and join God at work in Central Asia! Both men and women athletes and coaches are needed for this project! The SportsPlus training camp will take place from July 1-3, 2008. | Extra Cost Considerations: | The total cost of this project is $1150 + airfare. This includes a two day training camp in Atlanta, team outfitting, on-field transportation, lodging, meals, insurance, and all other mission-related expenses. Sightseeing and souvenir expenses are not included in this final project cost. |
